Bruce Morrison, a graduate of California State University at Los Angeles with a degree in Civil Engineering, is entering his 4th year on the Board. A licensed Civil Engineer currently employed by the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, Mr. Morrison has 30 years of experience in the planning, design, and construction of water treatment, storage, and distribution facilities.
