Payment Options
Lincoln Avenue Water Company offers a number of options for paying your water bill.
Automatic Bill Pay
With the automatic bill payment program, your monthly water bill will be automatically deducted from your bank checking account or credit card (Visa, MasterCard and Debit card only). Your payment will be deducted on the 10th of each month.
To sign up for auto-pay, you need to complete the automatic authorization application and follow the instruction on the application.
Pay by Phone
You can also pay your water bill over the telephone using Visa, MasterCard or debit card by calling (626)798-9101, between the hours of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm., Monday through Friday.
Pay in Person
Walk in bill payments are accepted at the main office. A customer service representative will assist you between the hours of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm., Monday through Friday. For direction click the link below.
Payment Drop-off Box
The payment depository box is available to facilitate customers in making their water bill payment at any time. Please Note: payments deposited after 7:00 am will not be processed until the following business day. If your payment is delinquent or past due please make your payment in the office to avoid water service interruption.
Mail Your Payments
Send check or money order with your monthly payment remittance stub and use the envelope provided in your statement to P.O. Box 6370, Altadena CA 91003-6370.
