Lincoln Avenue Water Company offers a number of options for paying your water bill.
Pay Online
You can pay your bill online anytime using Visa, MasterCard, Discover or bank account. Click the link below to be directed to the Xpress Bill Pay payment portal.
Pay online with Xpress Bill Pay
Automatic Bill Pay
With Auto-Pay, your water bill will be paid automatically using your credit/debit card or bank account every month. Simply create an account with Xpress Bill Pay and select the Auto Pays tab to begin setup.
If you don’t have access to a computer or smart phone, please complete and return the Auto-Pay application to our office.
Pay by Phone
You can also pay your water bill over the telephone anytime using Visa, MasterCard, Discover or bank account. Simply dial (626)798-9101 and select option #1 to reach our automated phone payment system.
Pay in Person
Walk in bill payments are accepted at the main office. A customer service representative will assist you between the hours of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm., Monday through Friday. For direction click the link below.
Payment Drop-off Box
The payment depository box is available to facilitate customers in making their water bill payment at any time. Please Note: payments deposited after 7:00 am will not be processed until the following business day. If your payment is delinquent or past due please make your payment in the office to avoid water service interruption.
Mail Your Payments
Send check or money order with your monthly payment remittance stub and use the envelope provided in your statement to P.O. Box 6370, Altadena CA 91003-6370.
